Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (Australia): 5–10 business days — $10 or free over $75
- Express Shipping (Australia): 3–5 business days — $15
- International Shipping: 10–15 business days — rates calculated at checkout
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or third-party couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at hello@brewbrew.com.au within 3 days of the expected delivery date and we'll do our best to make it right.
